Learn form a nurse of 28 years and medical tattoo specialist of 14 years. 

This Scar and Stretchmark Camouflage Training & Mentorship for Permanent Makeup Artists, has been designed for PMU or tattoo artists who have at least 12 months experience in working with a rotary tattoo pen. This course will help you push your skills forward into the specialist area of medical tattooing, working on damaged skin.

This course includes, designing bespoke medical based treatment plans, inkless medical needling treatments, scar camouflage and skin blending, medical needling, stretchmark treatments and working with dark or discoloured scars.

We will also cover how to refine your business set up, review your pricing structure, charge out rate per hour, productivity, profitability and any issues with your business you have at the moment. 

Your 6 step plan to scar treatment success!

Step 1. Online Course and Manual- After your first payment instalment is paid, you'll receive access to the online pre-course learning module and the course manual.

Step 2. One Classroom Day- The first classroom day covers,

• Anatomy and physiology for scars,
• Skin tone ink mixing & blending,
  
• Learning scar camouflage techniques on practice mats

Step 3. Two Practical Days- During your 2 practical days, you will have...

• At least 6 models over the 2 days and often 6-10 different scars to work on, as many clients have more than one scar.

Step 4. Case Studies- You will then have to find 6 models to perform treatments on in your own time over at least 6 weeks. You will need to complete 6 case studies.

These are often friends and family that you can practice on.

You'll need to send Jo your case study treatment forms andbefore and after photos for assessment.

Step 5. One Mentorship/Shadow Day- During the time that you are working on your 6 models, you can come in for your bespoke, personalised mentorship day with Jo, to work on any scars that you still feel you need to build your confidence with.

You can also come with a list of questions you'd like Jo to answer and help you with.

Step 6. Assessment Day- When you and Jo feel happy that you are ready for your assessment, we will book your assessment day.

You can either bring your model with you so you can complete their treatment plan from your own treatment room or clinic, or you can ask us to find you a model for your assessment.

Once we have gone through these 6 steps together you then have Jo's mentoship and guidance via the Skarblend® WhatsApp group and soon to be launched, the membership site.
