Booking & Payment Information
The SKARBLEND® Academy
- If you would like to attend any of our in-person courses, the first step is to book a free videocall consultation where Jo will discuss the content of the course and answer any questions you may have.
- We can arrange for you to take the in-person theory and practical days together, or separated into two day blocks or single days.
Course Fees & Payment Schedule:
- When you decide and book on an in-person course, we require a 25% non-refundable course reservation fee of the total course fee at the time of booking, in order to secure your place in the course.
- The next 25% must be paid before the course manual and the Health & Safety Manual are released to you. This is non-refundable once we have sent out the course manuals.
- The remaining 50% balance is payable no later than three (3) weeks before the course start date.
So:
- 25% at time of booking to secure your place (Non refundable)
- 25% to release the course manuals (Non refundable)
- 50% three weeks before the start of the course
If you are unable to complete this payment on time then we may have to give your place to someone else and get you booked onto the next course.
Payment Methods:

Course Manuals:
- The Course Manual is a 165 page document that will be sent to you upon receipt of the initial 50% deposit.
Important- As these manuals contain years of Jo's experience and knowledge with all the pre-learning information you need, plus the content of the full course, there will be NO refunds given for the initial deposit, once the course manuals have been sent.
- By accepting the course manuals, you acknowledge and agree that you have begun the course preparation.
Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your enrolment before the remaining 50% balance (third payment) is paid, you will forfeit your initial 50% deposit, if we have already sent you the manuals.
- If you cancel your enrolment after the final balance has been paid, no refund will be issued but we can move your course dates.
- If, for any reason, The SKARBLEND® Academy, has to cancel or reschedule the course, you will be offered a refund for the 50% balance payment but not for the Course Manual 50% payment, if you have already been sent and received the Course Manuals.
You will have the option to reschedule for another course date at no additional cost.
Course Date Transfers:
- If you are unable to attend the course, you may request to transfer your booking and first 50% payment to a future course. Transfer requests must be made at least three (3) weeks before the course start date.
- Transfers requested within three (3) weeks of the course start date may be subject to an additional fee.
Attendance and Certification:
- Full attendance is required to receive certification. If you miss any part of the training, The SKARBLEND® Academy reserves the right to withhold certification until any missed sessions have been completed.
- You are responsible for making arrangements to attend all scheduled training sessions.
- Failure to attend without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the course fees.
Course Modifications:
The SKARBLEND® Academy may need to modify the course content, instructors, or schedule as necessary. In the event of such changes, all learners will be notified in advance.
Intellectual Property:
- All course materials, including the course manual, are the intellectual property of Jo Bregazzi and The SKARBLEND® Academy and are provided solely for your personal use during the training.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials in any form without prior written consent from Jo Bregazzi and The SKARBLEND® Academy.
- You must not teach Scar Camouflage Medical Tattooing or The SKARBLEND® Academy techniques within your own academy or privately, within (2) two years of completing the course or without prior written agreement from Jo Bregazzi and The SKARBLEND® Academy.
Health and Safety:
- Learners are expected to comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by The SKARBLEND® Academy during the course. The SKARBLEND® Academy reserves the right to remove any learner from the course if these guidelines are not adhered to, without refund.
